We have a "no questions asked return and refund policy" which entitles all our customers to return the product (Door step Return i.e. Without opening the packet) at the time of delivery; OR after accepting delivery due to any of the reason.
Our homeqart Customer Service Department is available to assist you should a problem arise with your order. Please inspect your packages immediately upon receipt and notify us promptly of any damage or discrepancies. Should an item be shipped to you incorrectly, as the result of an error on our part, we will take quick and appropriate action to correct the problem.

 Prior to returning any items, please contact the homeqartCustomer Service to Return & refund Material and shipping instructions.

  • We will do our best to fulfill requests to return & refund material. Returns&refund accepted for items ordered should be initiated with 48hrs from product delivery.
  • If the customer wants to return the products they have to request for return within 48hrs of delivery of the products. The amount will be refunded via same source within 1 to 2 working days. Also in case of undamaged & original packing condition which should not be not tampered, amount will be refunded via same source within 1 to 2 working days, however, Customer has to bear the cost of return.

The timeline to raise a complaint depends on the category in which the product falls into: Consumable Perishables –

i) Fruits & Vegetables , within the 2hrs
ii) Dairy&breakfast or Bakery&biscuits within the 2hrs.
iii) Meats,chicken & seafood, frozen food and Cold drinks& juices ,Sweets, Sauces &instant food,Snacks&munchies as well as Personal care products & skin care products are not returned & refundable. 
iv) Groceries,households items,Tea,coffee &  Healthy drinks , Stationery products,Pharma &  baby care products, pet food, etc. are return & refund within the 2days.
v) Entire wrong order within the 2days.
vi) Other issues such as insect, fungus or foreign material, expired products are refund & return within the 2days.

Replacement Policy

In case of any damage of goods we will replace the goods upon initiating replacement within 48hrs of delivery and after returning the damaged goods we will replace the item within 3 to 5 business days.
